2nd Line Service Desk Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Innovate, working in Poole as a 2nd line analyst. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service by understanding users IT and business needs and provide centralised advice and support to customers in line with contractual arrangements. We’re looking for skilled and experienced 2nd line analysts who have experience working with:

Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2 (MCITP - Server Administrator preferred)
-
Small Business Server 2003/2008/2011
-
Application Deployment tools
-
Citrix
-
Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
-
Network Troubleshooting
-
Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010

Hyper V and VMWare
The Analyst will also have had some previous experience in providing the following:

Provide innovative technical solutions to complex hardware/software problems

Provide detailed and effective communication to internal team and clients
-
Understand SLAs in a production environment and proactively strive to meet the commitments

Work with event and incident management, Service Desk, and other technical teams when sensitive issues arise or a major problem is suspected
-
Work directly with vendors to identify innovative solutions and actively apply those solutions for customer issues. Follow through on issues with vendors for a timely resolution.
