We consider disaster recovery and work with you to ensure a fit for purpose service level agreement which enables us to reduce downtime throughout the business; flexible depending upon events or key times of the year. We provide monthly reports to enable training or system issues to be addressed, and we are soconfident in our service that we provide customised reporting so you can see just how well we are doing too.
